Whether you need to report a trouble, request a MAC (Move, Add, Change) or request any of our support, training or consultation services, a member of our Service Group will be able to assist you and let you get back to your busy schedule.
Rest assured that your request will be handled as timely as possible. If you report a trouble or make a request for a MAC order, your Customer Service Representative (CSR) will immediately issue you a ticket number and enter your request in our schedule. If, at any time, you have a question or need information concerning your request, you will have a ticket number for easy reference.
If your request is large or complex, our CSR’s will engage our engineering team to perform a technical review of your system. Most reviews can be completed within 8 business hours unless a more detailed survey needs to be completed on your site.Once the review is completed the CSR will contact you with the results so that we can schedule your request as soon as possible. Rest assured, no matter what your need may be, our CSR team can handle your request from beginning to end!
